I was trying to request <https://api.wellsaidlabs.com/v1/tts/avatars>, and sometimes it do not respond within 2 minutes, so this is too long. I guess if you could have some error message returned if it takes too long to process the request

We want to test this API by integrating with UniMRCP Server which only supports below meta data. Does this API support below bit rate? sample.rate=8000 format=ULAW channel.type=MONO

The volume is very low in iPad device
